He is survived by: his wife Karen Mabe Campbell; his children, Matthew Campbell (Misty), Rachel Campbell Vowell (Travis), Madison Grace Mabe and Eden Jeremiah Campbell; his sister Karen Blaylock (Troy); his nephew Christopher Blaylock; and his niece Amy Qualls.
