He was predeceased by: his wife Billie Elaine Morris; his grandson Daniel M. Morris; his parents, Carl Sr. Morris and Winnie Morris; and his sister Charlotte J. Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Linda E. Morris, Karen A. Gambrell (David), Susan M. Smith (Jonathan), Mary J. Black, Paul H. Morris (Debbie) and Glenn A. Morris (Bernice). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; and one expected great grandson.
