He is survived by: his parents, Kelly Shoffner and Tammi Shoffner; his sister Drema Shoffner; his daughters, Kyleigh Mae, Khloe Beth and Kami Shay; his niece Serenity Hope; and his close friend Josh Hannithan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
