He was predeceased by: his parents, Lon Edison and Neila Edison; and his brother Jerald Edison. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Edison; his children, Vernon "Bubba" Edison-Mt (Tracy), Penny Smith-Mt (Greg) and Rhonda Hullett (Steve); his grandchildren, Andrea Koplinski (Jim), Jenna Chapman (Brett), Halee Porter (Jon), Murphy Edison and Robby Edison; his great grandchildren, Savannah Yongblood, Emma Chapman, Landon Edison, Riece Koplinski and Baby Porter; and his sister Shirley Carter.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church.
