He was predeceased by: his daughters, Christy Lynn Meyer and Amanda Blaine Meyer; his parents, Dick Meyer and Bonnie Meyer; and his brother Ronnie Meyer.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Meyer; his daughter Erica Slagle (Joseph); his grandchildren, Cadence, Makenzie and Tyler Slagle (Chelsea); and his siblings, Tommy Meyer-Hartsville (Lynn), Doyle Meyer-Mt (Tammy) and Sally Madden (Mike).
