He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Holder and Christine Holder; and his brother Barry Holder. He is survived by: his wife Donna Holder; his children, Jeff Holder-Brush (Amy), Greg Holder (Wendy), Susan Crowder (Bryan Holder) and Kim Chumley (Eric); his grandchildren, Krysten Kemp (Daniel), Cate Malone, Joshua Lee Crowder (Roxanne), Sydney Shoulders, Ben Chumley, Haylee Holder and Jess Holder; his great grandchildren, Koleman Kemp, Raylee and Jaxton Crowder; and his siblings, Junior Holder, Tony Holder (Mary), Dwight Holder (Brenda), JoAnn Pulley and Nancy Lauderdale.
