She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Evitts; her son Edward Evitts; and her sister Grace Gregory. She is survived by: her son Rickie Evitts-Cato (Terry Toney); and her grandchildren, Chad Evitts-Cato (Leslie), Jason Evitts-Cato (Ashlea), Phillip Dean-Westmoreland (Nicole) and Candace Barham (David). She is also survived by 8 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Anthony Funeral Home (337 E McMurry Blvd, Hartsville, TN 37074). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Dixon Springs Cemetery (25 Dixon Springs Cir, Dixon Springs, TN 37057).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dixon Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
