He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Duncan; his children, Joey Duncan (Virginia) and Rachel Ballinger (Mike); his grandson Austin Ray Duncan; his sisters-in-law, Angela Jernigan (Jay) and Diane McClanahan-Hartsville (James); and his close friend Darlene Gregory.
