He is survived by: his wife Mary Clift Girton; his daughter Maril Alyssa Girton (Kristofer A. Hill); his siblings, Judith Crocker (Bill) and Daniel Girton (Lynne); his mother-in-law Brenda C. Tune; and his sister-in-law Maggie Bahou (A. J.). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
