She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Choate and D. M. Satterfield; her granddaughter Brittany Key; and her sister Elaine Hix. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Scruggs; her daughters, Teresa Phillips-Gallatin (Richard) and Tammy Aulds (Jason); her stepchildren, Jerry Scruggs-Hartsville, Terry Scruggs (Mary), Wanda Scruggs-Portland and Tammy Scruggs; her grandchildren, Josh Stack (Valerie), Brenee Key and J. D. Key; and her great grandchildren, Frida Stack, Elena Stack, Kinsley Barber and Braelynn Key. She is also survived by 19 Step Grandchildren, 24 Step Great Grandchildren.
