He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Bilbrey and Evelle Bilbrey; his grandson Kross Swindle; his sister Reba Adams; and his son Sam Bilbrey.
He is survived by: his children, Mack "Bo" Bilbrey Jr (Chante), Kristi Dean (Trevor) and Misti Swindle (Michael); his grandchildren, Gage, Laci, Slade Dean, Braeden, Gunner Swindle, Makel, Diezel Bilbrey, Mariah and Dayton Sykes; and his siblings, George Bilbrey-Mt (Sherry), Faye Holder and Linda Kerr (Johnny).
