He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Earl, Betty Stidham, William, Mattie Ellis and Delbert Wilson Farris.

He is survived by: his sons, Cole Haley-Hartsville (Faith Winter) and Trace Haley; his parents, Steve Ellis-Hartsville and Barbara Ellis-Hartsville; and his brothers, James "Freddie" Haley-Castalian (Lisa Scruggs) and Jason Haley (LouAnn).

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
