He is survived by: his children, Janet Blair Scruggs (Jeff), Penny Blair Mingle (Louis), Randall Blair Jr. (Teresa), Chris Blair (Kathy) and Danny Blair (Myra); and his brothers, Cordell Blair Jr. (Joy) of Hartsville and Harold Blair (Jan Woodard Blair) of Carthage. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
