He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Cato and Devada Taylor Cato; and his siblings, Joe Hanlin Cato, James Cato, Earl Cato, Mary Frances Cato, Dorothy Merryman and Rosalie Kerr.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry Cato (Pat) and Jerry Cato (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Gary Cato, Wayne Cato (Tina), Dusty Cato (Bailey) and Crystal Wilson (Steve). He is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great Great Grandchildren.
