She was predeceased by: her parent Willie Rudolph; her brother William Harrison; and her great grandchild Claudia Vaughn. She is survived by: her children, David Adcock (Betty), Anita Brown- (Phil) of Indiana and Julie Adcock; her grandchildren, Chris Humphrey (Tiffany), David Adcock II (Alissa), Patrick Adcock, Patricia Giese (Lonnie), Martha Vaughn (Deon), Randy Mungle Jr. (Kayla), Maranda Mungle, Tyler Ray and Brandon Mungle; and her siblings, James Shrum, Jerry Shrum-Lafayette (Anita), Douglas Shrum, Myra Smallings- (Lannie) of Kentucky, Regina Carver-Lafayette and Deborah Gambino (Steven). She is also survived by 26 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
