She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett O'Brien and Bertha Burkett Goodwill; her husbands, Andrew Jackson Smith and Anthony Richard Ambrosetti; and her half-siblings, Douglas Burkett, Billy Boyd and Audrey Boyd.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Douglas Smith (Cynthia), Connie Jean Vazquez and Deborah Lynn Wilson; her brother Carl Everett O'Brien; and also Carroll Carman. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Baptist Church or Hartsville Cemetery.
