He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Burton and Ruby Inez Oldham Taylor; and his brother Jerry Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Linda Taylor; his children, John Taylor (Elizabeth) and Susan McDonald (George); his grandchildren, Logan Celsor (Lauren) and Neely Celsor; his great grandchild Sutton Celsor; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Keaton, Landon and Scarlett Farley; and his sister Patricia Scudder.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Anthony Funeral Home (337 E McMurry Blvd, Hartsville, TN 37074). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Dixon Springs Cemetery (25 Dixon Springs Cir, Dixon Springs, TN 37057).
