He was predeceased by: his wife Jennifer Jenkins Black; his grandparents, Ray, Callie Black, Lee and Betty Jo Frisbee; his uncles, Edwin Frisbee, Curtis Black and Shane Lewellyn; his parents-in-law, Dean and Lisa Jenkins; and his brother-in-law Allen Jenkins.
He is survived by: his children, Cydni, Emma and Noah Black; his parents, Tilmon Black and Susan Black; his sister Cynthia Davis (Dustin); his nieces and nephews, Christian of Hartford and Dylan of Hartford; his brother Samuel Black (Cortney); and his nieces and nephews, Kael of Strawberry Plains, Madelynn of Strawberry Plains, Cadiann of Strawberry Plains and Riley of Strawberry Plains. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
