It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel C. Stout of Hartford, Tennessee, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ralph L. Stout; his sister Rita Clark; and his daughter Jennifer Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Stout; his sons, Samuel C. Stout II and Thomas James Stout; his mother Stella Dalton Stout; and his siblings, Rodney Stout, Daniel Stout, Ryan Stout, Corliss Stout, Teresa Howard, Darlene Hudson, Sharon Padgett and Valerie Clark. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and other family members and friends.
