She was predeceased by: her parents, James Black and Tessie Black; and her sons, Lloyd, Jessie, Boyd and Arnold James.
She is survived by: her children, Frank James and Carolyn Cansler (Terry); and her grandchildren, Jonathan James, Amanda James, Terri Cansler and Elijah Cansler. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the James Family Cemetery (37821 Charla Way, Newport, TN).
