He was predeceased by: his wife Eula Mooneyham; his parents, John, Sr. and Ollie Bell Mooneyham; and his siblings, Hayden, Ted, Claude, Clayton Mooneyham, Rosie, Dolly, Gennie B. Black, Nina Valentine and Nita Frisbee.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Mooneyham (Denese) and Carol Perry (Chansey); his grandchildren, Becky Chiasson (Shaun), Jennifer Willis (Jeff) and Morgan Mooneyham; his great grandchildren, Bryson, Carlie Chiasson, Madison, Riley Miller and Sadie Tinker; and his sister Mozella Ford (Ervin Woody). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
