She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Clark and Emma Clark; her husband Claude Mooneyham; her children, Kenny, Johnnie, Floyd, Edd, Sherman, Hugh Mooneyham and Vera Lou Mooneyham; and her siblings, Helen Cates, Aileen Poe and Hugh L. Clark.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Joshua Mooneyham (Heather) of Parrottsville, John Curtis Mooneyham (Sharon) of Strawberry Plains, Michael Cortney Mooneyham of Harford and Brandi Pratt (Josh) of Copper Hill, Virginia; her daughter-in-law Gail Mooneyham of Knoxville; and her close friends, Mozella Ford of Hartford and Tony Cook of Hartford. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
