She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Love Rathbone; her son Justin Rathbone; her parents, Mac Hall and Hester Ball Hall; and her brothers, Butch Hall, Eddie Hall, Joe Hall and Zeb Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Wiley Rathbone (Carla) of Cosby, Melaine Phillips of Hartford and Charla Rathbone of Newport; her children-in-law, Cathy Rathbone of Black Mountain and Rick Phillips of Niceville, Florida; her grandchildren, Lee Jones of Black Mountain, Teddy Rathbone of Black Mountain, Charles Phillips of Pensacola, Cory Phillips (Sidonie), Chelsey Rathbone, Molly Rathbone of Mobile and Emily Bugg of Newport; her great grandchildren, Maddison, Hunter, Skylar, Gracin and Carolina; and her siblings, Aurine Green, Vivian "Dube" Barnes, Lillian "Tank" Cureton and Robert Hall. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
