She is survived by: her son Johnny; her daughter-in-law Debi Campbell; her granddaughter Courtney Campbell; her sister Barbara Fultz (Stewart); her sister-in-law Donna Blakemore; her nieces, Dena Jones (Donnie) and Debra Myrick (Jeff); and her close friends, Pat Cottrell and Ruth Ann Reed. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
