She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Smallwood and Jeanette Daniels Smallwood; her husband Lawrence Hunley Jr.; her parents-in-law, Domer and Dorothy Hunley; and her son-in-law Terry Prater.
She is survived by: her children, Curt Hunley and Amy Jackson (Austin); her grandchildren, Curtis Hunley, Dylan Gambrel, Christian Gambrel, Bryson Prater, Madisen Prater and Carter Johnson; her great grandchildren, Bohannon Gambrel and Cohen Gambrel; her siblings, Arnold Lee Smallwood, Judy Dison (Frankie), Gerri Graves (John), Wanda Hagerman and Deloris Hopper; and her close friends, Andy Frost and Peyton Frost. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations in Sherry's honor be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
