She is survived by : her daughter Jackie Slaven (Rick); her grandchildren, Amanda Abbott (Dusty), Chad Slaven (Ryan), Daniel Jones and Jon Slaven; her great grandchildren, Cooper Abbott and Ayla Abbott; and her siblings, Jeanette Fredrick, Edgar Couch and Leonard Couch.
