He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Gulley and Addie Gulley; his wife Maggie Gulley; and his siblings, Cletis, Lee, Ilo and Hazel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Bays of Harrogate, TN, Amy Upton (Owen) of New Tazewell, TN and Tammy Berry (Larry) of Speedwell, TN; and his grandchildren, Christopher Gilbert (Melanie), Lindsey Upton, Brandi Swann (Dylan), Mandi Duncan (Garth), Chelsey Bays and Emily Berry. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
