She is survived by: her husband David Smith; her children, David Smith (Brandi), Crystal Jyrkas (Keenan) and Adam Smith (Annette); her grandchildren, McKenna, Ty Jyrkas, Cassidy Miracle (Logan) and Alyssa Smith; and her siblings, Ben West (Della), Frank West (Wanda) and Pat Beeler. She is also survived by neighbors and friends.
