He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rodgers and Rosy Combs Rodgers; his wife Oleen Rodgers; and his siblings, Frank Rodgers and Mildred Brown.
He is survived by: his sons, Edward Rodgers (Penny) and Westley Rodgers (Julie); his siblings, Kenley Rodgers (Sharon), Mable, Ginger and Sharon; and his grandchildren, Ashley Rodgers, Carly Rodgers, Seth Rodgers and Flora Vanlandingham.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (31 Hurst Rd, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM.
