He was predeceased by : his parents, James Cecil and Dewie Mustard (Smallwood); and his sister Flora Elizabeth Mustard. He is survived by : his siblings, Pauline Tate of New Tazewell, Patricia McIntosh of Harrogate, Della Shoffner of Sharps Chapel and Terry Glenn Mustard of Harrogate.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted at the funeral home for expenses.
