She is survived by: her husband Warren Gene Welch; her brothers, Frank West (Bessie), Luther West (Tress), Leeman West (Wanda), Roy West (Mossie) and Edward West; her daughter Glenda Wilder; her son-in-law Bobby Bush; her children, Melvin Welch of Speedwell, Louise Woodruff (Bruce) of Speedwell, Rebecca Bush of Sneedville and Christine Wallen (Gary) of Tazewell; her son-in-law Donald Wilder of Harrogate; her sister-in-law Delores West of Michigan; her grandchildren, Adam Welch (Meggan), Creta Johnson (Darrell), Melissa Brock (George), Michael Wilder, Robert Bush (Sarah), Jason Woodruff (Katherine), Mitchell Wallen (Jackie) and Matthew Wallen; her great grandchildren, Addison Welch (Riley), Kristen Tolliver (DeeJay), Oakley Welch, Allyson, Cooper Brock, Colson Keller, Samuel, Benjamin, Annie, Luke, Rheya Woodruff and Micah Wallen; her great great grandchild Graham Tolliver; her extended family Bobbie Burchett (Skippy); and her grandchildren, Colson KellerGreat, Micah WallenGreat and Graham TolliverGreat.
