She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Rains and Bessie Rains of Middlesboro, KY.; her husband Ed Pendleton; and her daughter Lori Pendleton. She is survived by : her children, Steve Pendleton (Amy) of Harrogate, TN and Nancy Bush of Harrogate, TN.; her grandchildren, Adam Pendleton, Faith Pendleton of Harrogate, TN and Conner Bush (Mysteree); her great grandchild Elsie Leigh Bush of Nashville, TN; and her siblings, Joe Rains (Mildred) of Covington, KY, Martha Yeary (Ray) of Lafollette, TN, Betty Surkamp (Fred) of Milford and Judy Grout (John) of Florence, KY.
