He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Leach and Florence Bass; his siblings, Dorothy Jean Gulley, Joann Carmack, Elmer "Slick" Leach, Jr. and James Leach (Jim); and his brother-in-law Eugene Gulley.
He is survived by : his close friend Janet Webb; his children, Dustin Leach (Sarah) of Monroe, MI., Caleb Webb of Harrogate, TN., Jacob Webb of Harrogate, TN and Beckie Walton (Jeremy) of Speedwell, TN; his grandchildren, Claire Leach and Charlie Leach of Monroe, MI.; his sister Mary Lou McBee (Cecil) of Middlesboro, KY.; and his sister-in-law Joan Leach of Harrogate, TN.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Sister and Brother-in-law: Mary Lou (Cecil) McBee of Middlesboro, KY. and Sister-in-law: Joan Leach of Harrogate, TN. And a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends that he loved dearly. ***Due to the continued impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the family has decided to postpone the service to a future date, yet to be determined.
