He was predeceased by: his parents, Green Noe and Juanita Noe; his former wife Glena Slusher Noe; and his sisters, Charlotte Daniels and Debbie Gaines.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Cox Noe; his daughter Jennifer Estep; his grandson Tyler Estep; his children, Belinda Cox (Bonus), Jeff Cox and Lee Miracle (Crystal); his siblings, David Noe (Teresa), John Noe (Linda), Donnie Gaines, Dorothy Staphan, Watha Roark (Clifford), Willa Issac (Tony) and Becky Hensley; and his grandchildren, Michael Miracle (Mariah), Garrett Miracle (Grace), Kirsten Miracle and Ali Miracle.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the Gateway Christian School, 1 Gateway Drive, Middlesboro, KY 40965 in Bobby's honor.
