She is survived by: her sister Freda Johnson; her son Joe Cheek (April); her grandchildren, Devon Williams, Daniel Cheek (Shayna Mills), Katie Cheek (Ben Nichols), Isiah Williams, Jaiden Williams, Kiara Lee (James Miller) and Joshua Hale; her great grandchildren, Colton Cheek, Landon Bullard, Addy Miller, Waylon Cheek, Katori Williams and Harper Nichols; her siblings, Howard Johnson Jr., Curtis Johnson (Tina), Lyndon Johnson, Roger Johnson, Rita Brock (Lowell), Kathy Thompson (Eldon) and Ruth Ingram (Mike); and her close friends, Luann and Clayton Rosenbalm.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel (1106 TN-33, New Tazewell, TN 37825). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family has requested that donations be made to the funeral Home to help with funeral expense.
