She was predeceased by: her husband Everett Glenn Quarles; her parents, Willos Pendergrass and Stella Ferguson Pendergrass; and her siblings, Frances Cox, Ernest Pendergrass and John Pendergrass.

She is survived by: her children, Marion Quarles (Pam) and Claudia Golden (Allan); her grandchildren, Michael Quarles (Kristen), Blaine Seaborn, Cammie Seaborn and Conner Seaborn; her great grandchildren, Micah Quarles and Audra Quarles; and her brother Oral Pendergrass. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
