It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Barker of Harrison, Tennessee, who passed away on October 23, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Barker and Jessie Barker; and his sisters, Linda Lively and Sue Linam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
