We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2023, at the age of 79, Virgil Marlin Messer in Harrison, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Messer and Norma Messer; and his siblings, Charles Messer, Faye Bankston and Norma Keown.

He is survived by: his wife Martha Messer; his children, David Headrick (Teresa) and Lori Hurst (Scott); and his brother Hubert Messer (Rhonda). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
