She is survived by: her husband Arden Wayne Perkins, Jr.; her children, Sage Noel and Garrett Roger Wingo; her parents, Jerry R. Hughes of Harrison, TN. and Clara Lee Ford Hughes of Harrison, TN.; and her aunt Darlene McLemore. She is also survived by several other aunts, uncles and cousins.
