She is survived by: her children, Micki Mays (Mike), Michelle Tuell, Melissa Wheeler, Mitchell Shipley, Marc Shipley (Robbin) and Robert Burkhart; and her siblings, Daisy Hawk, Dana Hawk, Evelyn King and Douglas Hawk. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
