She was predeceased by: her parents, G. E. Pickett and Mary Dell Pickett; and her granddaughter Katrina Sexton. She is survived by: her husband Ferrell Dowdey; her children, Kim Reynolds (Ron), Diane Sexton (William) and Chip Dowdey (Dianne); and her sister Judy Corbin (Lannie). She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
