He is survived by: his parents, Donnie Kinser and Karen Kinser; his sister Gina Payne (Kevin); his niece Sarah Payne; his grandfather Rankin Kinser; and his cousins, Keri Drozdowski, Craig Morgan, Thomas Carroll and Adam Jenkins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
