He was predeceased by: his parent Kibler Howard. He is survived by: his parent Edna Mae Mills Weaver; his children, Sharron Weaver Davis (Robert) and Kelley Weaver of Gastonia; his grandchildren, Ryan Martin Weaver, Kibler Howard Weaver and Robert Leeth Davis, Jr.; his wife Emily; his great grandchildren, Beckett Davis and Josephine Davis; his niece Patty Whitmire; and also, Nicholas Arron Weaver and Winfield Mills Davis (Carolina).
