He was predeceased by: his mother Kay Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Jeffery Johnson, II and Jessica Johnson; his father Jerry Johnson, Sr. (Priscilla); his siblings, Jerry Johnson, Jr. (Yvonne) and Tonja Johnston (Daniel); his uncle Raymond Holder; and his grandmother Charlotte Rominger (Jimmy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
