He was predeceased by: his son James Dean Hostetter. He is survived by: his wife Judi Ann Roeback Hostetter; his daughter Debbie Richard (Dan); his daughter-in-law Martha Hostetter; and his daughter Beth Ann McVicker (Wayne). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and their spouses, seven great-grandchildren, and four siblings and their spouses, and many other family members.
