He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert O. Sr. Siniard and Betty Siniard; and his siblings, Michael Siniard and Sharon Elaine Siniard. He is survived by: his wife Sandra D. Siniard; his daughter Elisa Holder (Jim) of Dayton, TN; his brother Craig E. Siniard; his grandchildren, Brett Holder, Ashley Hayes (Cody) and Hailey Holder; his mother-in-law Mary R. Mayforth; and his great-nephew Myles Broome.

CDC guidelines will be asked to be followed during the visitation and services including face covering and social distancing.
