It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hope Howell of Harrison, Tennessee, who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brownlow and Sarah Gray Brownlow of Abingdon, VA.; and her sister Adrianne Brownlow. She is survived by: her husband Charles Howell of Harrison, TN; her children, William Howell (Kristen) of Chattanooga and Lorrie Anne Howell of Hamilton, NJ; her brother William Brownlow of Troutdale, VA; and her grandson Atlas Howell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
