He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Lee Horne Sr. and Dora Watson; his former wife Doris Wynell Moore; his wife Patricia J. Horne; his daughter Cynthia Horne Fairchild; and his stepson George Sines, Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, Henry Horne (Jan), James Horne (Kay) and Rainey Horne (Tammy); and his stepchildren, Cindy Bush (Alan), Vicki Monroe, Randall Sines (Mary) and Robin Marshall. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great grands and 2 great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
