He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Charles Edward Mullins and Renee Chambers; his granddaughters, Sherry Thacker (Jordan) and Lynsey Oliver (Michael); his son Robert Mullins (Gina); his granddaughter Angelin Rose Towry (Braxton); and his great grandchildren, Emery Lynn, Sloane Renee, Lily Anne, Sutton Rose, Evie Elizabeth and Ian Michael.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lakewood Memory Gardens East (4621 Shallowford Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37411).
