He is survived by: his wife June Bales; his children, Dennis Bales, Jr. (Brandie), Sadina Smalley (Todd), Trina Runyan (Jerry), Geneva Boggess (Lee) and Georgette Bales; and his siblings, Rodney Bales (Marrilyn), Gary Bales (Judy), Joe Bales, Jr. (Rachel), Shirley Patterson (Barry), Glenda Meadows (Joe) and Yvonne West.
